Within the Change & Transformation Office, I\'m responsible for Portfolio monitoring, tracking and reporting in an agile and traditional environment. I work in alignment with global portfolio guidelines and ensure the adoption of the governance framework. Moreover, I support the design and execution of bank strategies, optimizing change portfolio overall and balancing change roadmaps between functions and Tribes.Key Responsibilities:• Design and execution of the tribe transformation strategy and target operating model, in alignment with the bank strategic objectives• Portfolio monitoring, tracking, and reporting to the Tribe/Bank Portfolio Committee in terms of financials, plan, risk, and quality of the delivery• Ensure Transformation communication and engagement of all parties involved/impacted• Performance management and KPI tool development to monitor and control the status of the portfolio• Continuously manage interdependencies, impediments, risks• Optimization of global and local change programs and budget• Optimization and coordination of global and country transformation roadmaps• Building the relationship with the global change offices, aligning bank activities with H.O. requirement and ensuring compliance with the HO guidelines• Support to maintain & optimize integrated roadmaps of global/local change• Support to ensure monitoring of progress against all projects is timely and accurate and enables Tribe Leads/Sponsors and stakeholders have visibility and sufficient information to make the required decisions• Preparation of the materials and documentation for the Committees and meetings• Definition and measurement of the Portfolio KPIs
