About Giovanni Giordano
I am a Global HR executive with leadership experience in International Fortune 50 and FTSE 10 companies. Most recently, as an advisor, I support Businesses to identify the leaders they need to accelerate growth. As an executive, I’ve been the Group HR Director at BAT leading the Human Capital agenda through the most extreme transformation the industry has ever encountered. Working with the executive team, I led critical work to attract and develop outstanding talent step-change D&I creating an engaging, productive work environment to “transform tobacco” and provide consumers with reduced-risk choices. I joined BAT from Ferrero International, where I was Chief Corporate Officer leading global HR, Legal and IT. I started my career in Procter & Gamble where I worked for 18 years in a variety of HR leadership and transformation roles around the world.
