I manage and oversee Line 1 of the project \'PROMOTION OF LEGAL ENTRY CHANNELS INTO ITALY. Pre-departure Measures and Employment Integration of Third-Country Nationals,\' aimed at promoting the regular entry of skilled workers from third countries into Italy. My role includes establishing cooperation protocols with authorities and stakeholders from third countries in the field of labour migration, attraction and skills partnerships, mapping employment opportunities for Italian companies, and raising awareness among stakeholders. I also support the selection of foreign candidates for pre-departure training and the employment integration process in Italy. My goal is to facilitate the labour integration of approximately 3,500 workers from third countries through close collaboration with Italian companies and international partners.Key competencies: management of complex projects, negotiation, development of international partnerships, labour market analysis, stakeholder management, and coordination of multidisciplinary activities.
