ABOUT GIOVANNA CHAVES
Through data and rigorous experiments, I want to establish scalable policies that improve human capital development. I have significant experience in monitoring and evaluating public policies, which has included data processing for large administrative datasets, coordinating field experiments, and translating the big picture from technical papers to communicate takeaways effectively to decision-makers. I am particularly passionate about education and proud of having run an education non-profit that helped over low-income students in Brazil prepare for their college entrance exams during the pandemic.
