Perform the eDiscovery process from collections, processing, Relativity administration and Production. • Global Information Security / eDiscovery / Data Loss Prevention • Proactively search and identify possible security risks within the department to prevent breaches of classified information. • Leverage understanding of data forensic collections concepts for eDiscovery collections and processing. • Execute and fulfill data collection and processing requests for custodial data relevant to a litigation or regulatory affair and in a timely manner relevant to given SLA\'s. • Document all work requests in an intake application and update accordingly as the eDiscovery process for a case progresses from \"left to right\"(of the EDRM framework) • Contribute to process engineering improvements and develop technical mastery of the eDiscovery platform(s) • Work with SharePoint to create forms, lists, and other pages to meet our report, metrics and recording needs. • Exceptional understanding of data integrity ensuring against data loss, misuse and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements • Administrator experience on industry eDiscovery Software including: Relativity, RelativityOne, ROSE, Access Data, Microsoft eDiscovery Protection Office, X1Discovery, and AvePoint.

As a first generation immigrant college graduate, I experienced many challenges. Leaving the comfort of home at the age of 13 wasn’t easy, but it taught me that hard work brings success, and that anything is possible. I worked in different fields - each time without having any prior experience. I was lucky to have met great mentors along the way that taught me intangible skills that I will forever be grateful. Some of these teachers were tough, and Oh did I learn! Their teachings ranged from work skills, to people management, and even self-appreciation; memorable teachings that have definitely made me a better professional, and individual. Many people that know me as a friend or coworker, will tell me, “you love to work”, perhaps I like living by wisdom of Confucius. I find satisfaction in bringing new ideas, standardizing processes, minimizing human errors, and overall being part of an amazing corporate culture. Let it be in education or technology, or any new field that my career might take me, I know that with hard work, discipline and perseverance any goal is achievable. In the words of my favorite inspirational icon, Napoleon Hill, “Some people dream of success while others wake up and work hard at it”.
