Business analyst involved in the maintenance of managed systems for E2E business processes, mainly focused on the following modules: Customers, CRM, Sales, Finance, Warehouse. My main tasks are- support users in solving problems related to management systems- manage and support the development of internal projects for the improvement of company systems through analysis with end users, design, testing, tutorials and maintenance- manage and support the development of external projects for the needs of corporate systems through the intermediation between end users and external consultants- manage relationships and interface systems with customers and suppliers for the correct and consistent exchange of information between the different systems used.The project phases in which I am mainly involved are: Analysis, Design, Testing, Go-Live and Post Go-Live support. My main tasks-Preparation of PPT to support meetings- Scheduling and attending meetings, presenting and gathering requirements- Release of functional documents- Lead the integration test-Preparation of the training document- Support to the UAT- Post go-live support.
