Culture and DEIB Transformation - Lead and support culture & DEIB initiatives org-wide to cultivate a culture of inclusion and innovation that leverages multiple dimensions of diversity - Translate DEIB strategies into actionable plans, monitor overall progress towards goals to promote equitable practices as outlined in EdReports’ multi-year DEIB plan - Communicate proactively with the organization on current state, next steps, and areas of focus and advise organizational leadership on change management facilitation and best practices. Organizational Leadership - Develop, track, and analyze metrics for measuring the value of culture initiatives and prepare quarterly reports for the organization- Distribute, analyze, and/or facilitate employee engagement surveys to measure and provide feedback on the organization’s culture and work to determine actionable steps toward desired culture- Translate findings and partner with people managers to drive improvements- In partnership with the MD of Talent, identify trends and challenges, assess areas of organizational risk, identify root causes, and develop proactive long-term solutions with the appropriate internal and/or external partners- Implement collaborative plans and accountability measures to support organizational change – develop strategies for adequately responding to challenges and opportunities.L&D and Executive Coaching- Develop and deliver training opportunities to educate employees and managers on how to recognize, accommodate, and appreciate individual differences in service to meeting organizational goals- Serve as a change agent to provide solutions, resources, and training on DEIB related topics- Build accountability at all levels and within each function across the organization to ensure DEIB is integrated into all policies, procedures, and core decisions that impact the employee life cycle experience
