Leading metabolomic study to uncover metabolic signatures associated with immune recovery, comorbidities, and treatment outcomes. By integrating high-resolution mass spectrometry with clinical data, my work identifies potential biomarkers for patient stratification and therapeutic monitoring, bridging basic metabolic insights with translational applications in health care. Act as the primary liaison between the mass spectrometry members and data science groups to ensure sample integrity, data quality, and cohesive project delivery. Supervise and mentor junior scientists and research technicians, providing guidance on experimental design, troubleshooting, and career development. Develop onboarding materials and lead training sessions for new team members on laboratory techniques, SOPs, and safety protocols. Serve as a key point of contact between research, operations, data analysis, and senior leadership to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow. Work closely with compliance teams to ensure that studies meet ethical, safety, and regulatory requirements, particularly in vivo/in vitro work. Conducted advanced literature reviews and database searches to support scientific inquiries and escalated information requests, ensuring balanced and timely responses. Proactively monitored emerging publications to identify evidence trends and inform internal strategy.
