ABOUT GIOVANA CIANCIARULO

Hi there! My name is Giovana and I am the proud daughter of Uruguayan and Italian parents who immigrated to Queens (NY) in pursuit of the American Dream. Unfortunately, having witnessed my family constantly struggle with their relationships and finances, it led me to thrive for success and change the trajectory of my family’s legacy. I attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School (“The Fame School”) where I studied Visual Arts and the Performing Arts and graduated in 2011 with an advanced regent’s diploma. I later attended Queens College (CUNY) where I double majored in Political Science and Sociology and minored in Business and Liberal Arts. Within my first year, I made it onto the Dean’s List, was a student-athlete (swimming) and an active member of several clubs…all while working three,(yes, you read that correctly) part-time jobs. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in 2016. Since 2015 I have been working in the legal field and although I’ve learned a tremendous amount from those experiences, I realized that the value system within the legal industry and mine are VERY different. That’s when my boyfriend and I met a couple that would come to be our mentors both in life and in our finances. Shortly after we had qualified to be personally mentored by them, I was able to pay off all my debt, launch a business of my own and develop a winning mindset that revolved heavily on leadership, accountability and personal development. Everyday we strive to grow ourselves so that we may be equipped to help as many people as possible accomplish their hopes and dream (Guess it’s no surprise why my business is called Lead the Dream!) Thanks to the help of our mentors, I look forward to building a series of assets and non-profit organizations in the future to give back and open doors for aspiring entrepreneurs and living a life of triumph, unity & honor-Giovana Cianciarulo CEO of Lead the Dream, Inc
