Team\'s \'Super User\':• Answering questions from team members (as before), by referring to documentation on the web or more experienced users on that topic• Opening calls in Tracking tool if needed• Opening tickets to IT if needed• Being liaison with other teams/organizations• Communicate with other Superusers and teams • Writing Documentation / Process articles for the Team\'s Knowledge Base• Presenting Process and Tools updates to the Team during regular monthly and weekly meetings • Identifying process weaknesses and areas of improvement & submitting process enhancements and feature requestsB2B Order Management support (Salesforce) for ICT, X-Ray, MSD and HSTD systems, Scienlab EMEAI Region Managing Clients/Partners requests such as end-to-end order status management- order creation for our European clients and checking against legal requirements- tracking of repair/calibration requests- coordinating with our team of service technicians and our parts warehouse- monitor end-to-end order process status and ensure closure- resolve questions around invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administrationWorking knowledge of MS Office and complex systems like Salesforce and internal tools and softwaresEstablishing and developing strong relationships in a cross-functional project involving Sales - Agreements - Logistics - Customer Care and Technical/Engineering TeamsResolving problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics.Determining and developing new or improved approaches to processes or tasks.
