ABOUT GIORGIO MINUCCI CASTRIOTA SCANDERBEG
Born in Naples, Italy, I moved to Florence in my early 20\'s. Beyond being a good talker and a highly communicative character, I\'m passionate and curious, I\'m a «people» person and I always embrace change with great flexibility and suitability to different situations.I obtained a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Economics - Management area - at the University of Florence, Italy. The final thesis was about the process of Risk Management and how the whole Risk in finance can be reduced, or at least controlled, by the use of the Artificial Intelligences.Motivated, organised and ready to take on challenging contexts, with problem solving attitude and great versatility in team environments. I relocated to Berlin to join the ESMT Business School (#1 Business School in Germany and #21 Business School in the world as of the FT Rankings of 2024) where I graduated in August 2025, while starting a professional chapter in the Automotive/Financial Sector supporting the Italian Collection Retail Team at Mercedes-Benz Bank.After graduation, I embarked in a new journey in the vacation rental sector, joining HomeToGo: the leading vacation rental group in Europe.
