I founded AAR Music SRL (ex Arcade Army Records) in 2019, managing the A&R team involving also artists from the roster, a creative team for the social media management, publishing and artist management activities. I developed the \"Insert Coin\" internal app to help the scouting part connected to the public \"Insert coin\" form, where thousand of emerging italian artists keep sending us demos everyday. As a music producer and composer, I also work with several artists from AAR Music roster and other music labels.Since 2020 AAR Music is in partnership with Thaurus Music in management and music distribution agreements.
