ABOUT GIORGIO RISALITI
My professional experience is based on a solid technical education, thanks to the achievement of a BhS in electronic engineering with a specialization in telecommunications. After a significant experience in managing turn-key telematics projects applied to road and rail transport, I increased my experiences in supply chain management in a multinational telecommunications equipment industry, as supply chain manager for photonic transmission products, as manager of end-of-life projects for products, and finally as manager of Operations management in the reduction of production surpluses and in the minimization of waste (scrap). The specialization achieved here is in the study and implementation guide for the re-use and re-work of surpluses, as a key factor for a sustainable supply chain. I place at your disposal the following attitudes and skills: ability to work in interdisciplinary and international teams, perseverance, focus on achieving objectives, meeting deadlines and cost control, continuous innovation and process improvement, change management, strong orientation to digital transformation, attention to customer requirements and relationships, education and training of the work team.
