Full time involvement on projects for a major Miami headquartered cruise line for 3+ years,providing fleet-wide engineering and project management consultancy services, reporting to Client\'s Strategic Projects and Engine Asset directors. The projects are focusing on:• Engineering consultancy for upgrades on the Exhaust Gas Cleaning System currently installed fleetwide;• Safety oriented upgrades on the onboard steam system, requiring installations in way of Boilers and Exhaust Gas Economizers; • Safety oriented upgrades in way of diesel engine fuel lines aimed at preventing fuel oil spills;• Environmental compliance projects including Oily Water Separator installations and relevant system upgrades; • Redundancy upgrades;The above is requiring • liaising with Client\'s Technical Operations, Class Register and 3rd party Vendors; • preparing Scope of Work, requests for quotation/specifications;• handling project planning and project requisitions through Client\'s dedicated software platform;• project supervision on site, onboard ships either in service or in Dry-dock (including 20+ Drydocks since 2017)
