Member of the\"Certification\" team with special focus on Performance/Scalability/Reliability areas for the most important Poste Italiane products and solutions. The main goal of \"Certification\" team is to validate NFR goals before deploying a new release of Poste Italiane product or solution in the Production environment.My primary responsibilities covering this role are-) suggest improvements for the overall Test Strategy including the adoption of test tools to implement the Continuous Testing model integrated in the DevOps paradigm (Continuous Delivery / Continuous Integration)-) suggest improvements for the overall Test Automation architecture including the test tools needed to implement the Test Automation Framework-) 100% performance goals validation defining goals accordingly with inputs coming from specific product teams and main customers in different test ecosystems (on-premises installation and Cloud-based solutions such as Red Hat OpenShift and Microsoft Azure)-) to increase customer satisfaction providing feedbacks about performance improvements when new releases become available through technical reports internal or external publications-) to validate performance of customers’ environments and to provide suggestions on how to improve their solutions both from an architectural and applications point of view-) to identify bottlenecks in the architecture under analysis assessing how the system under analysis works managing specific loads

From early 2001 in the IBM Rome Software Lab during which I have acquired skills and knowledge about IBM Products, Software Development Processes and the most important software technologies, included virtualization solutions based on different architecture.I have demonstrated remarkable customer facing attitudes, taking the ownership to resolve several critical situations or Proof Of Concept and performing on-site nearby important customer to install and configure special solutions.My excellent credibility, effectiveness and delivery skills are based on the ability to develop and maintain relationships with peers and management, to identify performance bottlenecks, performing always a deep problem determination and proposing possible solutions taking advantage of my high technical skills and to perform my activities always respecting schedules and plans.I\'m a fast learner with strong analytical and problem solving skills.Starting from 2010, I covered the role of Technical leader of the centralized Performance Test Team in the IBM Rome Software Lab managing working groups of 10/15 distributed over the world and delivering of massive improvements in performance and scalability arenas (commonly achieved order of magnitude (10x) improvements). Starting from September 2016 I have continued my professional journey in HCL Products & Platforms Rome Lab, where I acted as Performance Engineer for Workload Automation Products family. Starting from April 2018 I have added a new responsibility covering the role of Test Architect for Workload Automation Products family.Recently (February 2023), I decided to join DTO division in Poste Italiane to continue my professional jorney in Quality Assurance, with special focus on Performance/Scalability/Reliability areas for the most important Poste Italiane products and solutions.
