ABOUT GIORGIA MANN

I am passionate about merging African and European entrepreneurial ecosystems to build a more inclusive global economy. My background in law first sparked my curiosity about the structures that govern our world, specifically how these structures can either enable or exclude individuals — which led me to the world of impact and venture building. As a Startups and Accelerator Associate at Zukunft.Gründen and a Sparks Impact Fellow, I work at the intersection of ideas and execution. I support founders through early-stage growth, helping connect scalable innovation with the capital and investment opportunities required for sustainable impact.My commitment to inclusive growth is rooted in South Africa’s diverse economy. As an Advisory Board Member at Phaphama SEDI, I help shape the strategic direction of township economies, building pathways for entrepreneurs often overlooked by traditional systems of support.I am motivated by the belief that well-designed institutions, capital, and policy can be powerful tools for inclusion. My goal is to continue translating structural insight into practical, people-centered impact across contexts and borders.
