ABOUT GIORGIA TULUMELLO
I have a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. I have a young experience; in particular an internship in staff development in banking and finance. Here I built my dissertation, analysing how emotional intelligence could impact an individual’s career development. My thesis boasts an award from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Subsequently, to implement and increase my knowledge on the research and selection I spent a year and a half at a job agency, so I could have an overview. Since I was a child I find myself involved in the banking and financial world. So I worked as a head hunter for banks, and now I take care of the staff for FinecoBank.
