Poco dopo la laurea in Comunicazione di Impresa e Pubblicità presso l\'Università Iulm di Milano, sono entrata nel mondo del Retail inizialmente come Junior Human Resources & Operetion Lead per Abercrombie and Fitch, e successivamente come Store Manager per il Flagship di Massimo Dutti in Vittorio Emanuele a Milano. Dopo 10 anni come Store Manager tra Moda, Beauty e Ottica per diverse aziende leader di settore, durante la gravidanza ho frequentato il master all\'Università di Udine in Risorse Umane e Organizzazione del lavoro, al quale seguono le successive posizioni lavorative. 🧐 Curiosa, organizzata e sempre piena di energie affronto volentieri nuove sfide lavorative e alimento così facendo, la mia ambizione- Graduated in Business Communication and Advertising at Iulm University in Milan, I entered the world of Retail initially as Junior Human Resources & Operations Lead for Abercrombie and Fitch, and subsequently as Store Manager for the Massimo Dutti Flagship in Vittorio Emanuele in Milan. After 10 years working as a Store Manager in Fashion, Beauty and Optics for various leading companies in the sector, during my pregnancy I participated in a master\'s degree in Human Resources and Work Organization, which was followed by subsequent job positions. 🧐 Curious, organized and always full of energy, I willingly face new work challenges and in doing so fuel my ambition.
