Three years ago, while working as a HR assistant at the Veterans Hospital in Providence, RI, I discovered my passion for human capital and the role a successful human capital strategy plays in equipping organizations to meet their goals. I decided the next step on my quest to become a topflight human capital professional was to attend business school.
