At Unicredit, I contribute to the Market Making department, where I play a key role in ensuring the High Availability of our platform that supports online trading applications, leveraging Rhel 6-8 technology.My primary responsibilities include:Managing, maintaining, and deploying critical applications, as well as configuring both physical and virtual servers using Puppet and Bash shell scripts.Providing third-level support, collaborating with vendors to troubleshoot network, server, and application issues, all while creating detailed documentation and procedures using Confluence.Over the past year, I have actively participated in Data Center migration, executed upgrades from Rhel 6 to Rhel 8, and coordinated the transition from stand-alone servers to a clustered configuration, incorporating effective disaster recovery solutions.All of my activities are meticulously tracked using tools such as Jira, HPSM, and other customer-specific platforms, handling Service Requests, Incidents, and Changes
