I build manufacturing and production teams for hard, consequential technology.I just joined Anduril Industries to help scale manufacturing and production operations for autonomous maritime systems — including programs like Dive — and to help stand up Anduril’s growing presence at Quonset in North Kingstown, RI, where I live.This role sits at the intersection of everything I care about- Advanced manufacturing- National security and deterrence- Building real industrial capability in the U.S- Creating high-quality manufacturing jobs in my local communityBefore Anduril, I spent the last decade-plus recruiting and scaling teams across advanced manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and manufacturing software, where I partnered closely with manufacturing, process, quality, and operations leaders building next-generation production platforms. Most recently, I founded Haystack Hunters, a specialized recruiting firm focused on hard-to-fill manufacturing, production, and hardware-adjacent roles, rooted in the idea that the most important technical problems require finding the needles others miss. As I step into Anduril, I’m pausing Haystack Hunters to go all-in on this mission.If you’re passionate about building real things that matter, we’ll probably get along.
