About Ginzen Dolma
As a Master\'s candidate in Public Policy at the Indian School of Public Policy, I am deeply committed to crafting sustainable, transformative solutions that make a real impact. With a robust background in education, I have worked on the ground with the Foundation to improve infrastructure, train teachers, and implement pivotal educational reforms like NEP 2020, FLN, and EEC in remote Ladakh.My journey also includes two years as a volunteer teacher and public speaker during the COVID-19 pandemic, where I worked tirelessly to raise awareness about education and health. ISPP has been instrumental in shaping my perspective, helping me approach challenges through the lens of a policy expert. It\'s empowering me to think critically and find innovative, sustainable solutions to address complex issues.While my passion lies in education and tourism, I am also open to exploring other domains. I am aiming to broaden my understanding and contribute to diverse policy solutions.
