ABOUT GINY DANIEL

My mission: To help companies build or manage their production department in the most effective, efficient and ethical way while adhering to proper industry standards and producing footage that performs burning out the team. My Journey: After working in traditional production and running my own photography company for over 10 years, I took on a senior producer role at one of the top direct response ad agencies (TUBESCIENCE with clients such as Savage x Fenty, Fabletics, Dr Squatch, etc). Here I discovered a whole new world where traditional production met scrappy content creation! From there I was brought into a new startup agency (READY SET with clients such as DoorDash, Prose, Hims, Curology, etc) as Head of Production to build the North America branch of production from scratch. My role was to create new and innovative ways to produce content to scale, recruit and manage the team, build our outstanding freelance roster, source and build out a new, state-of-the-art production studio in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. With our processes, team and new studio, we were able to scale our production capabilities by 70% without scaling budget or team. My Next Chapter: I\'m taking a leap to combine my expertise with my passion. Head of Production & Helping People!
