ABOUT GINTARĖ VALIULYTĖ

I support organisations and leaders to rethink how they operate, designing integrated, human-centred systems that treat business as a living ecosystem with real-world impact. My focus is on regenerative systems: the relational dynamics and operational structures that shape how people feel, perform, and make decisions inside organisations, and how those organisations influence the wider world. With over 12 years’ experience across global creative and marketing environments, I bring a blend of operational leadership, systems thinking, and human-centred change. I help businesses design operational structures that create clarity, psychological safety, and coherence, enabling teams to function effectively and sustainably. My work is rooted in ethical leadership and regenerative thinking, expressed through organisational design, operational strategy, and change facilitation.Central to my approach is an understanding of how values translate into practice, how leadership behaviour shapes systems, and how organisations prepare for the future by prioritising human health, relational intelligence, and long-term resilience. I’m particularly interested in the reciprocal relationship between individuals and systems, how personal behaviour shapes collective outcomes, and how those outcomes shape us in return.I also design and facilitate workshops focused on team dynamics, leadership development, decision-making, and organisational health. These sessions create space for reflection, honest dialogue, and practical insight into how organisations function, and how systemic shifts can create meaningful change.Ultimately, my mission is to support organisations in becoming places where people feel safe, heard, and aligned. When internal systems are healthy, their external impact naturally becomes more responsible, ethical, and regenerative. h••••@resonancelab.world
