Through a Servant Leadership based style, I have successfully aligned and helped drive various teams towards a shared vision.I\'m passionate about creating environments where continual development to perform at the highest level is front of mind for both myself and those that I lead. This has resulted in helping to develop 15 direct reports into General Managers, Assistant Managers, Business Account Managers and beyond. As an authentic leader, through coaching, guiding, and mentoring I help others see new possibilities while working to help make that future vision a reality. With a high degree of adaptability, outside-the-box thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities, I thrive in challenging, collaborative, and supportive environments. My toolbox leverages a strong business acumen, critical thinking, leadership, effective communication (verbal and written) and most importantly, interpersonal skills.Overall, I\'m a people person with a high level of business acumen and strong leadership traits that gel teams, create trust, and enable others to perform in high paced, challenging, and dynamic environments.When I’m not working I enjoy Bar-B-Que food, hiking through Colorado, visiting National Parks across the country, and finding the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a local beer.
