Responsible for the design, development and support of eLearning, instructor led, and blended training solutions and tools that enhance the capabilities and productivity of Broward County employees.Additional responsibilities include:• Utilize Instructional Design Principles and the Adult Learning Theory to analyze, design, and develop both paper-based and web-based courses and materials. • System administration of the enterprise Learning Management System known as Pathlore.• System administration of the SkillPort eLearning system as well as recording of all technical courses completed.• Support and maintain all eLearning courses. • Driving to and facilitating instructor-led software and application training. • Manage all enterprise instructor-led training activities.• Conduct effective learning and knowledge GAP analyses. • Develop \"to be\" and \"as is\" process flows. • Handle customer inquiries, questions, and issues. • Troubleshooting issues.
