ABOUT GINO CALAVITTA

Hi, I’m Gino - I am currently the Founding GTM Recruiter for Meshy\'s North American market, building a scalable foundation for GTM hiring I am passionate about all things recruiting. Whether it’s brainstorming about how to create DEI focused hiring processes or creating the best in class candidate experience, I love being able to bring top talent to the workplace. A little bit more about me: I like to win: I\'ve consistently excelled within the recruiting teams I\'ve been a part of. I have a track record as a top performer, while also creating a collaborative team atmosphere. Neuroscience Insights: My academic journey includes a BS in Neuroscience, allowing me to leverage a deep understanding of human behavior in shaping effective recruitment strategies. I am a lifelong learner and continue to blend my academic history with my career trajectory. Leadership Advocate: I love learning about leadership theory and philosophy (ask me about my favorite book). I bring these insights into my daily job, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment. In addition, I spend one week every summer volunteering to teach leadership skills to high school students. 🤟 ASL: I have a passion and love for the Deaf community and you will often hear me talking about access for folks with disabilities. I love languages and am fluent in ASL. Currently learning German & Spanish (thanks Duo)!‍‍ Personal Life: Outside of work, I am an avid runner, fitness class attendee, and a dog/cat dad! I ran my first full marathon last year, you\'ll find me in a yoga class on Tuesday nights or at a pilates class most mornings! Let\'s connect!
