Volusia County Emergency Medical Service needed someone who could recruit paramedics and EMTs and then navigate them through the county system. I will be using my marketing, public relations, and social media expertise to recruit applicants. Administratively, we will also be setting up internal systems to track applicants and help navigate them through our county system including interviewing, a skills test, certification, and background testing, to get them trained and on our payroll ASAP.
