   Lead designer for eCanopy.com, eFireplaceStore.com and parent company Elite Deals hired to steer the direction of the company from a design and creative standpoint. • Redesign ecommerce websites eCanopy.com (went live May 15, 2023) and eFireplaceStore.com (in development): a complete overhaul which includes extensive research of best-in-class ecommerce websites, collaborate with team to satisfy business requirements and define user needs, establish a design system, design all pages and experiences, and define interactive experiences to developers • UnifiED Internal Employee Website: redesign user experiences for employees working with Orders, Quotes, Email Marketing, Q & As, Product Reviews and uTickets (a portal to manage employee communication with customers and vendors) • Create a template to automate marketing emails for new articles and design a Marketing Email Creator which automatically produces code for users who are not familiar with code when creating new marketing email templates • Design over 280 infographics to accompany articles and guides • Redesign marketing/transactional emails to match new design style of website and design content block system to mix and match content within emails • Define photography style and choose hero images for over 100 articles and guides • Design typography placement and layout while providing creative feedback to content team for video production
