   As a key member of Verizon\'s SDM Core team, my responsibilities focus on availability and quality of the Nokia-N subscriber core network (NetAct and OneNDS). Responsibilities include network software and firmware updates and upgrades, management of project plans and feature rollout, problem identification and resolution of network issues impacting hardware, software and functionality while interacting with V-team and external organizations (Nokia, HP, Curvature and F5 personnel), on-call support, engage/lead maintenance window activities, and activity automation. Support of data management, subscriber provisioning and issue investigation impacting the subscriber core and associated applications. Daily operations support of SC, WCA and WCB subscriber cores and liaison between night team activities and operations. Overall, my role encompasses a wide breathe of operations responsibilities of existing infrastructure with potential cloud virtualization.
