Acts as the key hospital and community resource for recruiting of physicians and other key medical personnel (NP, PA)• Responsible for identification of acceptable candidates for presentation to administration, medical staff members and practices for interviewing• Manage the entire recruiting process from identification of candidates, screening phone interviews, handling arrangements for candidate interviews, managing the interview process and site visit, follow up contact with candidates and successful closing of the recruitment process. • Coach and collaborate with physicians to assist them in developing a recruitment plan for their practice. • Focus on the development and prioritization efforts of a community wide recruitment plan for the medical community. • Assist with retention by establishing a rapport with newly recruited physicians to assure their easy integration into the medical community and the surrounding community.
