Entered the payments industry with deep telecom experience gained from diverse and progressive roles as an executive at Bell Canada. Joined Bell ID in 2013 which was acquired by Rambus in 2016 and then by Visa in 2019. Currently lead Account Tokenization for Visa Global Token Services. In this role, I am able to leverage my strategic thought leadership, customer relationship management skills and passion for customer experience to scale account tokens for use cases including Open Banking, eCommerce, Recurring Payment Controls and Wallet Enablement.
