My work begins where buzzwords end. My zone is Human Connection.Life taught me about connection in unusual places. I learned it while running a hardware store, where helping someone find the right fastener is really about helping them feel capable. I realized it while managing volunteers at a Viking Ship commemorative center and spending a decade researching gender and culture through beer. Every job and every community taught me one truth: people just want to feel like they belong.The outcome of connection is belonging. It’s the number one indicator of a healthy life. Today, as a Keynote Speaker and Chief Connecting Officer, I work with growth-minded leaders to build cultures where people feel seen, valued, and energized. Cultures of Belonging.
