I’m a communications strategist and systems thinker with a passion for redefining how we communicate, experience, and sustain public health. With over two decades of experience leading national initiatives for federal agencies—including the FDA, NIH, CDC, SAMHSA, and HRSA—I specialize in translating complex science and policy into human-centered narratives that inspire action and advance health equity.As Chief Communications Officer at IQ Solutions, I provide strategic vision and leadership for multi-million-dollar programs and initiatives that strengthen public trust, promote prevention, and shape national health priorities. My work blends strategy, storytelling, and data-driven insight to move health communication beyond information dissemination toward real connection and impact.Equally, I bring the lens of a clinical herbalist trained at the Maryland University of Integrative Health. This perspective deepens my approach to public health—viewing wellness not only through systems and science, but through balance, resilience, and the lived experience of healing.
