ABOUT GINGER LUCERO
My Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and hands-on research experience provided a strong foundation for my in-depth training as a Technical Specialist in Molecular Biology and Cloning at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In my current role, I provide advanced technical and application support for Molecular Biology and Cloning workflows, including hands-on troubleshooting, protocol optimization, and technical guidance to support experimental success. I also provide instrument demonstrations, training, and ongoing technical support to help customers confidently adopt and utilize molecular biology instrumentation in their laboratories.I support brands including Invitrogen, Thermo Scientific, and Applied Biosystems, working closely with customers to address challenges related to nucleic acid analysis, sequencing, cloning strategies, and molecular biology workflows. I partner with Academic, Diagnostic, Government, Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical, and Hospital/Clinical laboratories to support a wide range of research and translational applications by introducing advanced technologies, reagents, and instruments that improve efficiency, reproducibility, and data quality.My goal is to build strong, positive customer relationships by providing responsive, high-quality technical support that meets scientific needs and helps advance research objectives.
