I have spent my entire 41-year career in the retail brokerage industry. 34 years of my career have been with Wells Fargo Advisors and its legacy firms. During this time, I worked directly in the branch system, interfacing with the firm\'s clients, as well as within home office product areas to service Financial Advisors. Such a background has afforded me the opportunity to digest firm initiatives and their impact on our Financial Advisors and clients, and provided me the ability to communicate delivery of those initiatives. Today, I meet with hundreds of Financial Advisors each year who are looking to move to a firm which provides best-in-class products & services and open architecture with freedom of choice for both the Financial Advisor and their clients.
