When I started selling real estate in I could not have dreamed to be where I am today. I’m Ginger Baxter, a Central Michigan University graduate who went to school to become a personal trainer and nutritionist. After working for a few years with Amway, I took the advice of my father to pursue a career in real estate.Now, I’m a multi-million dollar producer. I have experience in buying, selling and developing real estate – from water-front property to new construction and vacant land sales. But what I’m most proud of, what makes me most successful, is my genuine passion for hard work and the high priority I place on customer service and family values. It is a testament to these core principles that most of my business comes from past client referrals.I was born and raised in the Grand Rapids area, went to Grand Rapids Christian High School and now live on a farm in Rockford with my husband, Heath, and three children. My family is a major reason why I’m here today. I wanted to be home for family dinners, go on field trips with my kids and be home when they got off the bus.
