Recognized for exceeding ambitious growth and fundraising goals. Gineyda Diaz is a nonprofit executive with over 20 years’ experience working with small to mid-size organizations. Her work at these organizations introduced Gineyda to every aspect of organizational growth from the importance of telling a great organizational story through data, program management, fundraising and donor relations/retention, infrastructure development, volunteer management, vendor management, and marketing. Gineyda holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from Syracuse University and several continuing education certificates, including a certificate in Marketing for Nonprofits from the School of Professional & Continuing Studies of the University of Richmond.Gineyda served as President of the board of the Alliance of Career Development Nonprofits from 2014 to 2023 and now serves on the advisory board.

   Oversee and advance LEAP’s performance measurement framework in alignment with organizational strategy and program objectives. The role serves as the leader and project manager of all initiatives designed and implemented to enable robust monitoring and evaluation of organizational functions and program activities and will ensure that all stakeholders have access to timely, accurate, and comprehensive data reporting and analysis fostering data inclusivity and promoting a data-driven decision-making culture. Lead the design, development, and implementation of data systems and evaluative processes that support organizational goals and program delivery and provide training and support to enhance the capacity and utilization of all users. The Director will be crucial in setting goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with organizational strategy and departmental goals. Lead areas of staff professional development by providing targeted training and capacity-building to ensure that the team is well-equipped to support LEAP’s impact initiatives effectively, all while upholding and promoting organizational values. Refine and lead LEAP’s communications strategy, amplifying impact through cohesive messaging, storytelling, and digital engagement across platforms, in collaboration with the Executive Director and Communications team.
