One that can help people heal and helps the world become a more compassionate place.\" read more at https://ifs-institute.com My particular focus is working with Creatives, and Spiritual Seekers, Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse, Adult Children, serving those with C-PTSD, Chronic Depression, Anxiety and Panic Attacks, helping them overcome blocks to accessing their creativity, spirituality or faith, building their connection to the rich inner resources within themselves; helping them unburden the beliefs and wounds that are between themselves and the life they want to lead.As well as 1-TO-1 sessions, I offer peer group work for participants in this modality as a means to accelerate their healing process, to expand upon current parts therapy work or substitute therapy (if that is not an accessible resource).
