ABOUT GINA STEVENSON
Gina earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Nova Southeastern University. With a passion for wellness and biochemistry, pharmacy school brought the realization that many chronic diseases could be reversed and prevented, simply by nourishing the body with what it needs. The thought of starting a wellness clinic came after her own healing & the healing of her children. After the birth of her children, she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Refusing to allow the disease to define her, she used knowledge along with the help of colleagues in the functional & integrative medicine space to figure out what was missing in these biological pathways. Several years later, she has no clinical or pathological signs of autoimmune dysfunction! Friends & family took notice and began to ask her to look over their lab results and discover what they were missing at the cellular level - and could easily supplement to improve their health. Nourish Functional Medicine was born!Gina happily spends her free time with her husband and two young children. She enjoys cooking & entertaining, weight lifting, and boating.
