   As Manager of the MAINES Program Account Management Service, I lead a team of Senior IT Account Managers delivering critical IT project and product management services to a specific federal agency. Recognizing a gap in the existing MAINES Project Management structure, I spearheaded the development and expansion of an Account Management Service within the program—securing customer funding, defining the service framework, and building a high-performing team that strengthens customer relationships and enhances project delivery.While the title “Account Manager” may imply a narrow scope, the role is a hybrid project management and relationship management function, where my team partners with product leaders to provide strategic consulting on product lifecycle management, software lifecycle management, and project execution. We oversee the full spectrum of operations and maintenance for software and infrastructure supporting mission-critical products.Under my leadership, the team has matured its service delivery model, integrating portfolio, project, and product management disciplines while leveraging both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
