That experience reinforced what I’ve always believed: the best searches are equal parts strategy, storytelling, and trust.My work spans both B2B and consumer markets, with a strong focus on consumer technology. I’m drawn to organizations in moments of inflection, whether they’re scaling, restructuring, or reimagining their future, and to leaders who thrive in those environments.With nearly two decades in executive search, I’ve built a reputation for strategic clarity, instinctive judgment, and a deeply human approach to leadership hiring.
