Safety Groups are large conglomerates of similar types of insureds who join together to form a Group. This gives them a purchasing power they don\'t have as a single insured. This group is written through TX Mutual Insurance Co and is the largest group for sub-contractors in the state of TX. By participating, insureds receive a reduced premium through a larger premium discount which is based on the total premium of the group. They also qualify for a 2nd TM dividend if the group is profitable. All agents have access to the group for their sub-contractor clients by simply requesting inclusion to their TM underwriter.
