About Gina Klein

I lead PwC’s national HR Accounting Advisory practice and work with companies to address the financial reporting, design, and operational issues associated with employee compensation, including stock compensation, pension plans, and other employee benefit arrangements. I spent two years in PwC’s national office advising the Firm’s partners and clients on complex accounting matters related to employee compensation arrangements and revenue recognition under both US GAAP and IFRS. I also helped formulate the Firm’s views on new financial reporting pronouncements. I was also a manager in the Firm’s audit practice.I received an M.S. in Professional Accounting from Seton Hall University and B.A. in Business-Economics from the University of California Los Angeles. I am a Certified Public Accountant in New York and California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
