Schedule and implement life enrichment programs for geriatric Memory Care, Independent, and Assisted Living residents and their families. Create monthly calendar for residents in Assisted Living and provide tailored services for each individual community member. Track metrics of resident engagement through cutting edge research driven software platforms. Write approved grants for cognitive-enhancing kinetic and digital tools to help stimulate brain functioning. Lead weekly Memory Café where residents are encouraged to think critically and connect socially. Create videos for marketing purposes, to highlight the community’s commitment to maintaining a resident driven culture, as well as highlight research based achievements. Confer with families and medical professionals to tailor engagement to individual resident’s needs.

ABOUT GINA B. LALONDE
As a native Seattleite, my love for this city and the people in it has exponentially grown. Being a Lead Concierge in several luxury downtown Seattle condominiums and then a Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator, I’ve been afforded the pleasure of being a genuine ambassador between residents and their surroundings. For me, this is the true reward of human-to-human connection. In my free time I pursue my passion for writing, interior design, and fashion. I also enjoy competitive swimming, and I relish any chance to travel and learn foreign languages.
