   A member of the leadership team and the first Head of Marketing appointed by the Tempe Elementary School District, Gina offers a visionary, sophisticated approach to the District\'s efforts through brand strategy, positioning, messaging, a new website, student growth and engagement strategies, employer branding, recruitment and overarching brand identity of the district for 23 individual schools. As chief storyteller and brand evangelist Gina\'s role is critical in transforming the perception of the District\'s outcomes and student learning environments while increasing student growth, brand and reputation. Gina is accountable for the 5 year strategic marketing plan, brand strategy, digital marketing, social media strategy, website development and optimization, events, and community marketing partnerships.
