Responsible for the oversight and Management of the UWBC Social Purpose Institute (SPI). The UWBC SPI exists to grow business for good, by helping them define and implement their social purpose to drive both business growth and societal good. The UWBC SPI is a thought leader, creating and curating insights and knowledge to define the transition pathway to the purpose-led economy. We partner with companies and collaborate with governments, allied organizations, and others to grow the Social Purpose Business movement.Enterprise Development: Responsible for growing non-philanthropic revenue for UWBC, by determining strategies and delivering on opportunities to monetize UWBC’s services and assets. Analyze all aspects of UWBC’s work to determine the potential to generate revenue and oversee the growth of revenue acquired through new initiatives. Instrumental in setting up the Social Enterprise Department for UWBC and a member of the UWBC leadership team.

I am passionate about a purpose-led economy and convening the relevant partners and actors needed to bring social purpose to life in communities across Canada, to create long-term well-being for all. Through social enterprise I apply a responsive, flexible, and entrepreneurial approach to growing revenue by identifying potential partnerships, new services and customized solutions to advance revenue generating relationships across the Province. My previous positions of responsibility: Political Advisor within The House of Lords, UK, President of Loughborough Students Union, recruitment consultant for the Global brand Hays and a strategic communications consultant. All of which have equipped me with the necessary skill set to achieve success in my current purpose driven role.
