My work spans ESG consulting, product methodology and AI-driven ESG tooling:→ Led 20+ CSRD/ESRS and VSME reporting projects for mid-sized companies (50–2,500 employees) across medical technology, drive technology, food retail, hygiene products, sanitary wholesale, IT services and telecommunications→ Advised clients on Double Materiality Assessments and CSRD data point management across all ESRS standards (E1–E5, S1–S4, G1), including audit discussions on methodology and results→ End-to-end methodological support for Corporate Carbon Footprints (Scope 1–3) under GHG Protocol – from emission factor modelling to quantified reduction potentials and decarbonisation advisory→ Calculated two Product Carbon Footprints (PCFs) inspired by ISO 14067 methodology→ Shaped the methodological backbone of the product – from CSRD module development to the creation of a dedicated VSME reporting module to the current domain ownership of the emission factor database, focused on data quality→ Built a CSRD Report AI, co-developed an internal VSME Report AI, and prepared domain knowledge for Planted\'s AI Copilot.

ABOUT GINA HÄRLE
Most of my work happens in the space where ESG regulation meets operational reality, somewhere between methodology, data and the people who have to act on it. That has translated into 20+ CSRD, ESRS and VSME projects in mid-sized industry, end-to-end Corporate Carbon Footprints across Scope 1 to 3, two Product Carbon Footprints, and the methodological backbone of an ESG software with AI-driven reporting modules. The standard I work to is simple: reporting that is audit-ready and genuinely useful for the business, not just compliance for compliance\'s sake.
