With over twenty-five years of experience in procurement, I am currently a Procurement Professional at Deutsche Bank, where I leverage my BBA in Marketing and my specialization in Advertising and Promotion to optimize the benefits and HR services for the employees. I have a proven track record of delivering value and efficiency through strategic sourcing and supplier management, as well as effective communication and persuasion skills with stakeholders and vendors.Previously, I was a Senior Vice President and a Global Category Lead at Citi, where I led several initiatives to drive savings and innovation in various areas, such as Customer Loyalty, Insurance, Relocation, Wellness, and Reward and Recognition. I created Citi\'s HR Procurement System, which centralized and streamlined processes across divisions, and I slashed $10M from Non-Employee Insurance benefits. I also collaborated with regional teams to expand the global Customer Loyalty program and the Global Relocation MSA.
