I’m Gina Boccabella. I have over 23 years’ experience assisting gifted technical, sales, financial, retail, and missional leaders. I managed multiple projects and developed many stratagems toward efficacy and efficiency. Now, I’m a solo small business owner. I’m GBL Virtual Assistant Solutions.So, I get it. At some point, because time is always a limited resource, you must make hard choices between tasks and projects that maintain your business and tasks and projects that grow your business. Just tell me what you want to achieve, and I get to work for you.For 11 years, I ran the day-to-day operations of several ongoing children’s programs serving 650 children each week. There I established routines and workflows, executed many successful special events, received grants, budgeted, created training materials, and figuratively kept the trains running on time, freeing the director to work on her vision, to develop leaders, and grow the mission. For four more years, she took me with her to develop a new department for the family unit as Associate Director.I cared about her vision, and will care about yours, too. I work for busy entrepreneurs like you by managing those tasks that keep you from focusing on your passion and income producing business priorities.I took time off from my well-loved career without regrets when my late husband got ill. Now my mom needs me around and I can’t imagine working outside my home office anymore. Although I am not at all new, GBL Virtual Assistant Solutions launched in 2021 to provide administrative, technical, or creative assistance to solo-professionals and small business owners.
